I haven't even seen them yet and just the customer care patient care from the one person that I talked to at the office tells me that they are doing an awesome job to provide the best care that they possibly can for veterans. Veterans in Community Care is still a fairly new concept and for them to be willing to accept veterans and go through that whole tedious process of dealing with the VA is a plus in itself. That alone should put them into the four-star bracket. As I mentioned I haven't seen them yet but I can tell the care that they put into for the things that I talk to them about that they do and having a VA coordinator, I'm a fastidious person very detail oriented, I had that before I was in the Marines, and I just think that it is extremely important for people to know and other veterans that may come and see this review that these are the very important things for our initial setup of treatment just the way our minds are a little bit different than your average to feel that comfort that you're going to be seen and cared for. I will definitely come back after my appointment and validate my intuition. I have extreme anticipation and intuition skills along with being an empath I have high senses in knowing that this place is the one. Having a dental and Orthodontics wrapped into one office is an extreme bonus. And I will say excuse any grammar and typos I just wanted to put this out here right away and don't have the energy to go back and prove it everything right now, bahaha. I'm just saying so everything I said above isn't invalidated just because I didn't proof my review. ;- D

UPDATE: Yes indeed, you can usually tell when people are genuine and that doesn't get shut off after you're greeted when you first walk into a place. You can usually tell that I'm required kind of fake is greeting when you walk into a place. Doesn't mean anything less just that they're doing their job. However as expected so attentive to me and my needs. Listen to what I had to say, I wasn't treated as if this was the first time they were seeing me and rushing me off because they had somebody else waiting, even if that was the case. They were on time with everything yet I give leeway with that because one person can back up everybody else and it wouldn't be their fault so I'm usually patient with that kind of stuff. Everything else plus that went so well that if that ever happened to me at this Clinic I wouldn't mind sitting there until they were able to catch up from somebody else being late. My sense is that they would still take that person if they aren't too late and try to make up the time somehow yet still give everybody the attention they deserve. We all sometimes forget things that can be prevented and things that just cannot. Understanding in leeway for places that give out this type of genuine attention is rare these days from any company. I see it coming back more and more, and that's why I always want to take the time to thank them and appreciate them as I'm sure they deal with crappy people here and there all the time yet they still pull themselves out of that encounter and give people as I know that they would the best attention.
